Starting at Elevate Holistics in 2022 as a Patient Care Coordinator, Rhona began on the front lines—taking calls, assisting patients, and learning the ins and outs of the operation firsthand. She has since grown into the role as Operations Manager, bringing with her a perspective shaped by experiencing the work from the ground up. Today, she spends her time somewhere between people, processes, and numbers—mentoring her team, solving operational puzzles, analyzing KPIs, leading trainings, and finding ways to make the employee and patient experience a little better.
Her leadership style is rooted in empathy, accountability, and leading by example. She believes the best way to lead is to step forward first and create an environment where people can be both supported and accountable. For her, successful operations aren’t just about hitting numbers—they’re about building a team that understands why the numbers matter and feels empowered to contribute to them.
Outside the world of spreadsheets, KPIs, and process questions, Rhona is a proud homebody who loves quiet time with her dog, café dates with friends and family, and reading mystery/thriller books. Her hobbies range from junk journaling and making homemade matcha to cooking and being unapologetically obsessed with BTS. At 24, she’s navigating the very real adventure of living on her own while building a career, figuring out adulthood as she goes, and learning that simply enjoying the moment is just as important as chasing the next goal.
