That’s right: we’re detailing five delicious cannabis-infused recipes to try this year as the weather starts to cool down. These fall cannabis meals will be the perfect way to woo your guests or relax on a chilly day.

#5. Cannabis-Infused Pumpkin Spice Latte

Who doesn’t love a pumpkin spice latte? Well, here’s a great way to spice it up even more: by adding cannabis.

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 shot of espresso or 1/2 cup strong-brewed coffee
  • 1 teaspoon cannabis-infused coconut oil or butter
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Cinnamon for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a small saucepan, combine milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice. Heat over medium heat, whisking until the mixture is smooth and steaming.
  2. Stir in the vanilla extract and cannabis-infused oil or butter.
  3. Brew a shot of espresso or strong coffee and pour it into a mug.
  4. Pour the pumpkin mixture over the coffee and stir well.
  5. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Enjoy your cozy fall treat!

#4. Cannabis Apple Cider Donuts

Get your taste buds dancing and your endocannabinoid system balanced with this delicious cannabis recipe for apple cider donuts. 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 1/4 cup cannabis-infused butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a donut pan.
  2. In a small saucepan, reduce the apple cider to 1/4 cup by simmering it over medium heat. Set aside to cool.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the cannabis-infused butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla and mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  5. Alternate adding the flour mixture and buttermilk to the wet ingredients, beginning and ending with the flour. Mix until just combined.
  6. Stir in the reduced apple cider.
  7. Spoon the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each cavity about 2/3 full.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the donuts comes out clean. Allow to cool before enjoying.

#3. Marijuana-Infused Butternut Squash Soup

Butternut squash soup is a staple in fall eating. Here’s a great way to enjoy this cozy soup while infusing it with medical marijuana. 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium butternut squash, peeled, seeded, and cubed
  • 1 tablespoon cannabis-infused olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk or heavy cream
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss the butternut squash cubes in 1 tablespoon of cannabis-infused olive oil and spread them on a baking sheet. Roast for 25-30 minutes, until tender.
  2. In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until softened.
  3. Add the roasted butternut squash, vegetable broth, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Use an immersion blender to puree the soup until smooth. Stir in the coconut milk or cream.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

#2. Cannabis Maple Pecan Pie

Prepare for a sweet treat that takes you to a new world. Here’s a great cannabis recipe for some tasty maple pecan pie. 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 prepared pie crust
  • 1 cup pure maple syrup
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup cannabis-infused butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups pecan halves

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Fit the pie crust into a 9-inch pie plate.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, brown sugar, eggs, melted cannabis-infused butter, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  3. Stir in the pecan halves and pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust.
  4. Bake for 45-50 minutes, until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown. Allow the pie to cool before slicing.

Finally, make this infused dish for Thanksgiving or any regular weekend to spice up your dinner. This cannabis-infused sweet potato casserole is the best way to enjoy getting baked.

 

Ingredients:

  • 4 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1/4 cup cannabis-infused coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a casserole dish.
  2. Boil the sweet potatoes in a large pot of water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and transfer to a large bowl.
  3. Mash the sweet potatoes with cannabis-infused coconut oil, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  4. Spread the mashed sweet potatoes evenly in the prepared casserole dish.
  5. Top with mini marshmallows and chopped pecans if desired.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the marshmallows are golden and the casserole is heated through.
