It's hard for me to really recommend Elevate Holistics because I have had difficulty with My Registration and maneuvering My Way Through The Website. I have been able to communicate with EV's Staff so hopefully tomorrow or Tuesday I will look forward to completing My Registration.

There will be no additional fee for a caregiver, and a minor can choose up to 3 adults but one of them must be a biological parent.

Active duty law enforcement, correctional officers, correctional probation officers, and firefighters are not able to have a medical marijuana card in the state of Illinois. You are also not able to get your medical card if you have a CDL driver’s license or a school bus driver permit.

How do I get a Medical Marijuana Card?

The process of getting a medical marijuana card in Illinois is fairly simple. You can have your card within two weeks of being approved, but the state of Illinois has 30 days to review the completed application. But there are some necessary steps that you’ll need to take before you start the application process.

When applying for a medical marijuana card in Hoffman Estates, there are certain documents that you’ll need to submit electronically during the application process. Firstly, you’ll need to have a valid email address when creating an online account. You’ll also need to submit the last four digits of your Social Security number, a digital copy of a valid photo ID, and a passport-size photo for verification.

If you do not have an Illinois state ID you can use additional documentation to prove your residencies such as bank statements, and utility bills.

You’re going to need a written certification that confirms you have one of the approved Illinois medical marijuana conditions. You’ll need to schedule an appointment with a licensed physician for a written certification. Elevate Holistics offers telemedicine appointments with licensed medical marijuana doctors. Within 30 minutes you’ll have your written certification if you have a qualifying medical condition. This certification will be valid for 90 days. So you’ll need to complete your application within that 90 days or you’ll need to obtain a new one.

Now that you have your written certification you can begin the application process by going to the website. When filling out the application you’ll need to have all of the necessary documentation which includes your Illinois state ID, passport-size photo for verification, and your certification. There is a required field to enter a local dispensary. The state is working on removing this required field from the application. You’ll need to be required to choose one dispensary, but you’ll be able to purchase from ANY dispensary that you want. The state is working on

Medical Cannabis Certification for Illinois

Why Medical Marijuana Doctors are Necessary.

The vast majority of doctors don’t have a great understanding of cannabinoids due to a woefully archaic medical schooling system. In fact, most medical schools don’t even offer classes on the endocannabinoid system! This is the system in the body that interacts with THC, CBD, and other phytocannabinoids in cannabis. Crazy, right? While this is changing, the majority of doctors in America can’t truly point people in the right direction when it comes to cannabis as a medicine. This is where Elevate Holistics comes in by offering you a full staff of healthcare professionals that can take you from CBD to THC, to pharmaceutical interactions, and treatment plans. Make sure to ask your physician and Elevate staff anything on your mind so we can get you the resources you need to Elevate your health naturally.
