Elevate Holistics reserves the right, in its sole discretion, and consistent with applicable law, to refuse service to patients who engage in threatening, intimidating or abusive conduct, or conduct that is otherwise inconsistent with Elevate Holistics’ Beliefs (https://elevate-holistics.com/about-us/) or commitment to provide a healthy, safe work environment for its employees. Patients who are refused service after payment is made, but before services are rendered, will receive a full refund.
