When you book your medical marijuana card appointment, you’ll see a few extra options you can add on. These are services that go beyond just the doctor’s recommendation. They’re meant to make things easier (like handling state paperwork or mailing out a physical card) especially if you don’t want to deal with all the details yourself. Below are our extra services and what they entail:

Full-Service

If you’d rather not handle the state application process on your own, this option might be for you. With Full-Service, we’ll create your account with the state and fill out the entire application on your behalf. Once it’s ready, you’ll still be responsible for submitting it and paying the state fee. We’ll have everything completed within 48 to 72 hours of your appointment.

Note: Full-Service isn’t available in every state.

Priority Full-Service

This is our fastest and most hands-on option. We’ll register your account and complete your application within 24 hours of your appointment. All you’ll need to do is pay the state fee.

Plus, with Priority Full-Service, you’ll get direct, one-on-one help from an Elevate Holistics agent. If you have questions, run into issues, or just want someone to walk you through what’s next, your dedicated support person will be there to help.

DHSS Physical Card

If you’re in Missouri, you may have noticed that the state doesn’t actually mail you a physical medical card. Instead, once you’re approved, the Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) uploads a PDF version to your state profile.

Want a real card to keep in your wallet? We’ve got you covered. Just send us the PDF from your profile along with your mailing address, and we’ll print and ship a physical card straight to your home.
