As the DEA and other governmental agencies continue to evaluate the legality of THC-derived psychoactive cannabinoids, THCx legal status may change. However, as it stands, the compound is federally legal in the US as long as it doesn’t come from cannabis plants.
So, once it becomes a bit more well-known, you’ll likely start to see this compound pop up from the same places where you can buy delta-8 THC and other cannabis products.
